Escape to paradise for your next holiday whether it be a romantic getaway, family holiday or a fishing trip with your mates, Airlie Beach has got you covered!
About Airlie Beach
Set on a striking peninsular that reaches out into the stunning calm turquoise Whitsunday waters, this town was once only considered a departure point for sailing holidays but however it became popular as a tourist destination in itself. These days Airlie Beach has many day charters departing directly from Port Of Airlie Marina or Abel Point Marina daily.
The Esplanade is the main hub of Airlie Beach tourism offering many resorts and hostels as well as dining spots and bars. Most are located on the beach and have million dollar sea views.
In order to provide locals and visitors somewhere to cool off after exploring the Whitsundays, the council has built the Airlie Beach Lagoon located on the foreshore. It’s a great place to swim safely from stingers and laze in the sun.
