Visit us at Hamilton Island Marina. Our custom game boats, “Moonshine” and “The Pirate”, are in the Hamilton Island Marina at B Arm opposite Hamilton Island Real Estate.

Terms And Conditions

Bookings are only confirmed with full payment of the charter. All funds must be cleared before the departure date. (except liveaboard charters, as they require a 25% deposit to secure them) All charters are subject to the weather on the day, and the captain reserves the right to cancel charters due to unsafe weather or unforeseen breakdowns. In this case, we will offer alternative dates if available to reschedule the booking, or a full refund is made. No refunds are provided in the case of seasickness, and all prices are in AUD. The minimum age is six years old & share charters are subject to a minimum number of tickets to be sold for the boats to operate. “The Pirate” requires a minimum of 6 tickets sold & “Moonshine” requires a minimum of 8 tickets sold. Any fishing rods, reels or equipment lost or damaged due to customer negligence must be paid for before leaving the boat. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made in advance of  48 hours before the departure time = a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the departure time = 100% of the charter price forfeited.

Guest Amendments Policy

Guest amendment requests received more than 48 hours before the departure time of booking are eligible for rescheduling.
